Family Visit Visa — Manchester Immigration Advisers

Visiting Family in the UK

A family visit is made on a Standard Visitor visa. It allows you to come to the UK for a short stay, usually up to six months, to spend time with relatives who live here, attend a family occasion or support a family member.

Visit visas are refused more often than people expect, usually because the decision maker is not satisfied the visitor will leave. IAUK prepares the application and the evidence from both the visitor and the UK family.
