Absolutely. We support UK employers with sponsor licence applications, Certificate of Sponsorship allocations, right-to-work checks and ongoing HR compliance.
An immigration adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) can advise on UK visas, settlement and citizenship, prepare and submit Home Office applications and, at the higher levels, handle appeals. The IAA authorises each adviser at Level 1 (advice and assistance), Level 2 (casework) or Level 3 (advocacy and representation). In the UK it is illegal to give immigration advice without being regulated or qualified.
For most visa, settlement, citizenship and sponsor licence applications, an IAA-regulated adviser or a solicitor can help. IAA advisers specialise in immigration, follow the IAA Code of Standards and must hold professional indemnity insurance. If your case needs court litigation that sits outside our authorisation, we will tell you honestly and point you to the right professional.
Search the adviser or firm on the IAA public adviser register, or use the government’s find an immigration adviser service. Every regulated adviser must also have a complaints procedure, and you can complain to the IAA directly.
