IAUK Manchester is our flagship office, serving the diverse communities of Greater Manchester with expert immigration advice since our founding. As one of the most multicultural cities in the UK, Manchester is home to thousands of international workers, students and families who rely on professional immigration support to navigate the UK’s complex visa system.
Our Manchester team of IAA Regulated advisers handles every type of UK immigration case, from Skilled Worker visas and sponsor licence applications to family reunification, settlement and asylum claims. We understand the unique needs of Manchester’s thriving economy and its international workforce, and we are proud to have helped over 15,000 clients achieve their immigration goals.
Whether you are a business in the Northern Quarter needing a sponsor licence, a family in Didsbury seeking a spouse visa, or an international student at the University of Manchester looking to switch to a Graduate visa, our experienced team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Your first conversation with us is a free assessment. We listen to your situation, check which visa or settlement route genuinely fits, and tell you plainly if waiting would serve you better. If you decide to go ahead, you receive a written quote and a document checklist written for your case, not a generic list.
From there, one named adviser prepares your application, reviews every piece of evidence and stays your point of contact until a decision is made. You can meet us at our Manchester office or speak by video, whichever suits your working day.
Our office at Universal Square on Devonshire Street North (M12 6JH) sits in Ardwick, a short trip from Manchester Piccadilly and close to Longsight, Rusholme, Levenshulme, Gorton and the city centre. Many of our clients live or work in these neighbourhoods, and others travel in from Salford, Stockport, Oldham, Bolton and across the North West.
If you are comparing an immigration adviser with a solicitor, the key question is whether the person helping you is properly regulated. Every IAUK adviser is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), which means they must follow its Code of Standards, hold professional indemnity insurance and offer a formal complaints procedure.

Search the adviser or their firm on the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) public register before you pay anything. Giving immigration advice without being regulated is a criminal offence in the UK, so a genuine adviser will happily share their registration details.
