How quickly do I need to respond to a revocation notice?

You typically have 20 working days to submit representations. In some urgent cases, revocation can be immediate with no notice period. Contact us as soon as you receive any communication from UKVI about compliance concerns.

No. While your licence is suspended, you cannot assign new Certificates of Sponsorship. Existing sponsored workers can continue working, but no new sponsorship activity is permitted.
